The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has announced job opportunities for qualified and experienced professionals to support its building and infrastructure development project. Applications are invited for three contract-based positions: MEP Engineer, Project Engineer (Civil), and Quantity Surveyor.

1. MEP Engineer
- Pay Scale: PPS-9
- Maximum Age Limit: 60 years
- Minimum Experience: 15 years after qualification
- Number of Posts: 1
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 389,130 (consolidated)
Required Qualification and Experience:
A BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, along with PEC registration, is required.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including design review, procurement and tendering support, stage-wise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, firefighting and fire-alarm systems, HVAC, and lift systems.
2. Project Engineer (Civil)
- Pay Scale: PPS-8
- Maximum Age Limit: 55 years
- Minimum Experience: 10 years after qualification
- Number of Posts: 1
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 295,320 (consolidated)
Required Qualification and Experience:
A BSc in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university, along with PEC registration, is required.
Candidates must have experience in building and infrastructure project management, including planning and coordination, technical review, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) oversight, contract administration under FIDIC conditions, and execution of multi-package civil and electrical and mechanical (E&M) projects.
3. Quantity Surveyor
- Pay Scale: PPS-7
- Maximum Age Limit: 50 years
- Minimum Experience: 10 years after qualification
- Number of Posts: 1
- Monthly Salary: Rs. 212,630 (consolidated)
Required Qualification and Experience:
A Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil Technology or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board is required.
Candidates must have experience in quantity surveying, measurement, billing, and cost control for building and infrastructure projects.
