Ministry of Planning Jobs 2026 – Planning Commission Vacancies
The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives (Projects Wing), Government of Pakistan, has announced contractual job opportunities under the project “Strengthening of M/o PD&SI in M&E of PSDP.”
Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani candidates for the posts of Assistant Private Secretary (APS) and Accountant. Appointments will be made on a contract and merit basis.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Private Secretary (APS)
- Pay Scale: Equivalent to PPS-6
- Qualification: BA/BSc
- Shorthand Speed: Minimum 80 words per minute
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Computer Skills: Preference will be given to computer-literate candidates
- Maximum Age: 50 years
2. Accountant
- Pay Scale: Equivalent to PPS-6
- Qualification: MBA in Finance, M.Com, CA Inter, or ACCA Foundation
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience maintaining cash books and accounts books, including reconciliation of accounts with AGPR
- Computer Skills: Preference will be given to computer-literate candidates
- Maximum Age: 45 years
