The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) has announced temporary employment opportunities for qualified professionals in Islamabad. The available positions cover resilient design, research, executive coordination and disaster risk financing.

Available Positions
1. Resource Person – Resilient Design
- Number of positions: One
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Tenure: Three months
- Working arrangement: Remote, with attendance at meetings or discussions when required
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Designing, Urban and Regional Planning, or an equivalent professional qualification in architectural or urban design.
Candidates should have at least two years of professional experience in architectural design and technical documentation. Experience in architectural drawings, technical specifications, climate-sensitive construction, low-cost construction or applied research will be considered an advantage.
2. Research Associate – Executive Coordination and Research
- Number of positions: One
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Tenure: Eight months
- Location: Islamabad
Applicants must have at least 16 years of education in Economics, Development Studies, PCS, Public Policy, Business Administration or another relevant subject.
Candidates with two to three years of relevant experience are preferred. Fresh candidates with a strong academic background may also apply. Applicants should possess research, data interpretation, literature review and report-writing skills.
3. Research Associate – Disaster Risk Financing and Project Preparation Facility
- Number of positions: One
- Maximum age: 30 years
- Tenure: Six months
- Location: Islamabad
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environment, Economics, Finance, Development Studies, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Fresh candidates with a strong academic record are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience, project development knowledge, organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint will be advantageous.
