### Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation/Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university, preferably in HR
- Preferably 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Degrees must be attested by HEC
### Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
- Manage compensation and benefits
- Ensure compliance with HR policies
- Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Prepare HR reports and assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Strong communication skills, including writing and active listening
### Terms & Conditions
- Selected candidates will be hired for an initial **3-year contract** (extendable if required), with a **6-month probation period**
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview
- Candidates providing false information will be disqualified
- Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates
- Government/semi-government employees must attach a **No Objection Certificate (NOC)** at the time of application
- No TA/DA will be admissible
- Attested HEC degrees must be provided at the time of interview
- Females, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply
- Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, and smart watches will not be allowed during test/interview
