1. Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading PPRA's cybersecurity strategy and information security operations. Major responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies, governance policies, standards, and security roadmaps.
• Advising senior management on cybersecurity risks, threats, and security priorities.
• Overseeing cybersecurity risk management, incident response, vulnerability management, and privileged access security.
• Ensuring security across applications, databases, networks, cloud environments, and third-party services.
• Conducting cybersecurity assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Coordinating with government cybersecurity authorities, regulators, auditors, and service providers.
• Reporting major cybersecurity risks and incidents to management.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum MS degree (18 years of education) in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized high-ranked university/institution or a foreign university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience in information security or cybersecurity.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial cybersecurity position.

Mandatory Certification: CISM or CISSP.

2. Chief Technology Officer

Job Responsibilities

The Chief Technology Officer will lead the organization's technology strategy, IT planning, infrastructure development, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing strategic plans for IT infrastructure, hardware, software, cloud services, and networking.
• Planning the development and deployment of web, mobile, and other technology services.

3. Application Security Engineer

Job Responsibilities

The Application Security Engineer will ensure the security and integrity of EPADS applications, databases, and related systems.

Major responsibilities include:

• Monitoring application logs, database activities, APIs, and user behavior to identify suspicious activities.
• Detecting, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
• Implementing application security controls, role-based access control (RBAC), API security, and encryption.
• Conducting vulnerability assessments and secure code reviews.
• Identifying and resolving application-level and database security weaknesses.

• Supporting development and DevOps teams in implementing secure software development practices.

Mandatory Certifications:

• CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker).
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor).

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in application security, information security, or SOC operations.
• Experience securing web applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Practical knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools, SIEM platforms, and SAST/DAST methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security audit documentation.

4. Security Compliance Officer

Job Responsibilities

The Security Compliance Officer will manage information security compliance, risk assessments, audit activities, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating implementation and monitoring of PISF, ISMS, and applicable information security policies.
• Maintaining cybersecurity policies, procedures, compliance matrices, and risk registers.
• Coordinating security control assessments and internal and external audits.
• Maintaining audit and compliance evidence.
• Tracking audit findings, compliance gaps, and corrective actions.
• Monitoring third-party and managed-service security compliance.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant and verifiable post-qualification experience in information security compliance, ISMS, risk assessment, security audits, control assessments, and audit-evidence management.

Preferred Certifications:

• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer.
• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.
• CISA or an equivalent information security compliance/audit certification.

5. IT Assistant

Number of Posts: 01
Maximum Age Limit: 33 Years

Job Responsibilities

The IT Assistant will provide technical and operational support to users of the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPADS).

Responsibilities include:

• Providing first-level technical support to EPADS users.
• Responding to helpdesk queries and resolving routine system-related issues.
• Assisting users with registration, login, tender management, tender publication, and bid submission.
• Guiding procuring agencies, bidders, and stakeholders on the effective use of EPADS.
• Maintaining records of user queries, complaints, resolutions, and escalations.
• Preparing periodic helpdesk activity reports.

Qualification and Experience

6. IT Technician

Job Responsibilities

The IT Technician will provide basic hardware and software support to staff and end users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical assistance and resolving routine IT-related issues.
• Installing, configuring, repairing, and maintaining computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Performing hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Installing and updating operating systems and software.
