1. Head of Business Department
Position: SVP-I/SVP
Number of Vacancies: 01
Required Experience: Minimum 12 years
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized national or international institute or university.
Experience
Candidates must have at least 12 years of experience in Islamic Banking.
Job Responsibilities
- Spearhead business expansion initiatives to achieve sustainable growth in the liability side, including deposit mobilization, low-cost current and savings accounts (CASA mix), and asset portfolio growth.
- Market Islamic Banking products and services to achieve business targets and annual KPIs.
- Focus on customer growth, portfolio quality, and revenue performance.
- Follow up on booking of assets and liabilities besides KPIs of ancillary banking services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for Islamic Banking products and services.
- Promote ZTBL Islamic Banking brand awareness and build better understanding within and outside the organization.

2. Head of Planning and Research Department

Qualification

Experience
At least 10 years of experience in banks or financial institutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop linkages with academia, research institutions, and agriculture departments.
- Coordinate and assist local and international funding agencies, donor missions, and the Government of Pakistan for collaboration and technical assistance.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a Management Information System (MIS) by collecting and consolidating fraud-related records from all bank offices, including field offices.

- Include recovery status, State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) circulars, and other relevant internal and external information in reports.
